Frequently asked questions

Do I need to compete in all 3 days in order to be eligible for a prize?

No.  Prizes from Pryde's EasiFeed will be allocated each day for each discipline.  This gives competitors the flexibility which disciplines they choose to participate in.

Do I need to be an ENT member to enter?

No.  For dressage you can be a member of Darwin Dressage Club, for jumping you can be a member of Darwin Show Jumping Club.  If you are not an ENT member or a member of DDC or DSJC each discipline is offering day membership.

Does day membership cover you for the 3 days?

No.  Day membership allows you to compete on the day and is payable for each day you compete.

Do I need to have my horse measured to be able to enter show horse?

No. Due to COVID-19 and the usual schedule of measuring days was not able to be delivered, the production of a height certificate is waived for 2020 only.

If I don't have a height certificate how do I know what class to enter my horse into for show horse?

When entering best guess your horse's height.  If it is obvious you have entered the incorrect height class i.e. you have a small pony and have entered it as a large hack and vice versa the event organiser will swap your classes.  If you're really unsure and would like some assistance please email ENT Show Horse at [email protected]
