EA Coaching Assessments 18/2 - 20/2 2021
Existing ENT coaches as part of their development are undertaking assessments with Coach Educator Simon Kale, Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 February at Freds Pass.
Part of the assessment process, our coaches need to be able to demonstrate their coaching techniques to the Coach Educator, who will be assessing their coaching methods against set criteria. For this to happen our coaches require 'demo riders' to teach their lesson plans to.
ENT is seeking members demo riders for the following activities, times and dates:

| Friday 19 February | 3.00pm | Freds Pass Indoor | Lunging Lesson | The Coach will deliver a lesson to the demo rider whilst lunging their horse i.e. the rider will be lunged on horse back. |
| Saturday 20 February | 9.00am | Freds Pass | Jumping | The Coach will deliver a group jumping lesson. Riders must be able to confidently jump 60-80cm. |
| Saturday 20 February | 10.30am | Freds Pass | Cross Country | The Coach will deliver a group cross country lesson. Riders must be able to confidently jump cross country style fences i.e. an Apex at 80cm over various terrain. For example riding up a bank to a jump and vice versa. |
| Saturday 20 February | 1.30pm | Freds Pass | Flat work/Preliminary Dressage | The Coach will deliver a group flat work/preliminary dressage focuesed lesson. |
If you are available and can meet the requirements, our coaches would love your help to develop their coaching skills further, in turn assisting many of our members with their riding goals.
