Equestrian Northern Territory Annual General Meeting - 2/11/21
The Equestrian Northern Territory (ENT) Annual General Meeting is set for Tuesday 2 November at 7.30pm, Kezia Purick Office, community meeting room, Coolalinga Shopping Village (enter at rear of building). Members will be able to attend this meeting either physically or via virtual means.
Copies of the annual audited ENT financial statements are now available to members. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain a copy.
A copy of the agenda is attached. Members are invited to submit notice of motion to be listed under extra ordinary business. All motions must be submitted to ENT no later than Thursday 23 September 2021, COB. Any motions received after this date will not be included at the AGM.
ENT is now calling for nominations to fill 2 Board Director positions for 3 year period. To be eligible to nominate, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or over
- Be a current ENT financial member
- Have a current Ochre Card (working with children clearance) or the ability to obtain one
- Not be a committee member of an ENT affiliated cub
The member who seconds the nomination must also be 18 years of age or over, and a current ENT financial member.

Members can nominate themselves. Nominations close Thursday 23 September 2021, COB. Nominations received after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
